Lovely midweek lunch. Chef REALLY knows their stuff. Steak was top notch and the baguette was great.Great service from the waiter as well.Bonus points for great coffee.Bit of a trek off the main roads but totally worth the tripMuch appreciated we'll be back again
Came here for Sunday lunch with the H(N)DG and Dog on a rainy Sunday. The pub and staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The staff let us choose where we sat, were incredibly accomodating about the menu (which was excellent - we both had different vairations of the Sunday lunch / roast and it was incredibly good with extremely generous portions), were really good to Dog (including choice titbits from the kitchen) and were just generally really friendly and genuine.
