Ordered a large full English breakfast, hands down one of the best I have had in the local area. Highly recommend it, the latte was very nice as well. Lovely atmosphere and the staff were great. Will definitely be returning.

We came into this cafe because they had a board outside advertising a Mediterranean vegetable lasagne. They did not have this available. The menu was limited...mainly all day breakfast, Jacket potato and sandwiches with a few 'specials'. We had egg and chips (we're vegetarian) but were charged the same as for ham egg and chips. The plates were greasy on the underside and edges. The tea was clearly a very cheap and weak brand. The worse thing was the toilet... absolutely filthy. The seat, the pan, the cistern, the sink really dirty and unhygienic. We won't be back and we strongly recommend you avoid this place.

Beautiful sunny day decided to both have a baguettes. Bacon and brie and I had chicken bacon and mayo. Both we delicious. Staff friendly. We both really enjoyed. Relaxing in the sun. Definitely recommend

Lovely little cafe in Newton. Friendly staff.Wheelchair accessibility: It isn't the most spacious but there were two customers with mobility aids who managed to squeeze in. There are also two good size ground floor toilets.

Stopped by, by accident for lunch. Had a regular English breakfast and I couldn’t fault it. Everything was freshly cooked and delicious. My wife had a sandwich and that was excellent too

I had a real craving for tea and a scone so persuaded my family to stop here for lunch.Have to say my daughters toasted sandwich was really lovely but sadly my “fruit” scone (I use the word fruit lightly as it had all of 3 raisin/sultanas) was easily the worst scone I’ve had in my seven years in Devon. It was dry, extremely salty and tasted as though there was too much baking powder. Is claggy a word? I feel that describes how it felt on my tongue.Certainly won’t be my future go to cafe when I fancy a traditional cream tea. Such a shame.

The Clock Tower Coffee Shop had plenty of seating and was bright and welcoming. The front of house staff were generally polite and happy to help. However our relatively simple order was thoroughly mixed up.The food was really good and there was a good selection.
