Drive through useless and ‘supervisor’ even worse.Got my order wrong, instead of apologising and trying to fix simply said there’s nothing they can do as I’m now in the drive through so I’ll have to have what I’m given.I say you can bring me a card reader to fix it I’ll pay the difference but I want the right order.‘Supervisor’ says nothing she can do here I’ll have to go back around and slams the door shut.I drive around and walk in instead for a refund, she can’t even be bothered to come and apologise and refund it herself, just tells the cashier to give cash to get rid of him.This place is trash customer service they can’t even be bothered to get the bare minimum done.

Definitely better than it was months ago. Sitting area quite clean, staff actually doing their jobs, smiling, food cooked up to standards, no overflowing bins and overcooked chicken, everything included in our order. Good improvement.

Order a meal with one other person and a girl with red hair thought it would be funny to make a fat comment as we both had a wrap with are meal as we used the app just do your rubbish job and shut up keep your silly comments to

I understand this branch of KFC is rated amongst the worst in the country? Been here many many times over the years and I've never ever had an issue with either missing items, food quality or taste or anything else. The ONLY thing I can mention is sometimes they forget to put a spoon or fork in the bag (drive thru) but I mean one tiny detail, so now I always keep a spare in the car. For me this place doesn't deserve its bad reputation at all.

It's average, the foods better now that the chips have changed. Service can be very slow here at times and this branch is literally famous for having dirty tables and no lobby staff. I've been over 50 times and I don't think I've seen a member of staff step out and clear the seating area more than 3 times!

Absolutely AWFUL,Got 5 popcorn chicken in box - PatheticDidn’t put chilli sauce in the Sweet Chilli Dipped Bites - DumbGot 4 Mini Fillet instead of 3; the extra one literally was half eaten - That’s just funny.I asked for water and got sparkling - YoU DoNt HaVe WATER ?.Managers lol BAD BAD NAUGHTY SLIMES**************** APOLOGISE ****************Ps. Did I get food poisoned? ( PENDING )
Not hot food at all!! Went in to eat had to wait ages for food to be cooked and when it came through the hot cupboard the person on the counter put it in a bag and placed it on the side Infront of the hot cupboard whilst waiting for chips because none had been cooked another 4min wait but nothing could be done about the chicken on the side because she disappeared around the corner after doing it to have a chat with a co worker, other customers waiting were trying to get someone's attention to put chicken back in hot cupboard to keep food hot but no one came until the chips were done, it's not just here I find KFC in general has gone downhill used to like a fillet tower burger now it just seems to be a chore to get one!!!

Couple of times I've visited here and the Chicken Fillet burger, I believe has not even been a KFC Fillet used. Flat tasteless supermarket chicken burger in place of KFC

Been using kfc for over a decade around the country and have to say the paignton branch is far the worst! Called in tonight and ordered a mighty bucket for one and they missed off the chips!! They normally always miss off an item or dips.How hard is it to read an order list off a screen?The problem with all fast food joints is they empty kids who hardly ever care about the job and only in it for a laugh.My advice is ALWAYS check your order before leaving.Shame i cant give it zero stars.
