I steered far following the news of this branch being the worst in the UK a couple years ago. A few people had told me they got food poisoning & I've previously spent an hour in the drive thru queue.Recently though, I returned & thus far the service has been fantastic, the wait is minimal, the food is piping hot & it's so much cheaper than Maccys. I'm impressed at the turn around.
Went past the order window as no one was there and doesn't look like its in use so I went around and then got refused as there was no till there apparently. Apparently they are understaffed that's why now it's my fault. This happened 2 weeks back and they served me that way again no one there. Poor customer service by a manager.
