This has got to be one of tje worst meals I've eaten out in a long time. On arrival I ordered a class of coke and a packet of crisps. I wasn't given the crisps, as I was chatting I forgot to ask for them. I mean you don't usually have to remind the staff to get what you paid for.For lunch I had halloumi fries. Nothing wrong with them.For my main I had Bbq ribs fat chips. Corn on the cob.The ribs where spicy which I didn't expect so didn't enjoy them. Not much bbq sauce on them either. The chips were just normal chips, as apposed to fries. I had 12 chips. The corn on the cob wasn't even a whole mini cob. It was two 2 cm slices of corn on the cob. How can they not afford to put a whole mini cob on your dinner. A portion of sweet corn would have gone down better. Penny pinching at this leven is just shameful. Its disgusting to advertise corn on the cob when it's two slices. As for just 12 chips. Come on Beefeater. I expected better. Will I go back not in the near future. Staff were friendly enough but work hard on the upselling. It is just upselling and not trying to advise on different options.All in all need to do better.

Food was OK,service was slow,but the staff were polite enough, just not efficient enough. As a party of 12, when the food (on all courses,not just a one off) did eventually arrive, it came out in parts, not all together. Being polite, the people who had their food first were waiting too long for everyone else to get their food before starting to eat. Took ages to get drinks as well. Ran out of food, so some of our party had to have alternatives. And it was a quiet Wednesday early evening as well, not peak times! Solid 3.5 out of 5 stars.
