Went to pick up mine and my daughter order last night. We got the message to say it was ready. When I arrived they said they had no record of the order. I went back to the car and got my phone. Then my daughter sent me the order number. The girl still couldn't find it. So I phoned my daughter again and she sent me a copy of the email. This time the girl went and got some help. Ordered a double decadence base yet again to find they had just put garlic butter inside it and not the sauce. The last few times I ordered online, there was no filling so I figured that I would go inside and order it and hopefully get what I’m actually paying extra for……unfortunately not yet again. Whenever I’m in Exeter, I order from sidwell street and they do a fantastic job and actually give you what you are paying the extra for!! I’ve complained to customer services...read full review
