Shocking service, ordered pizza on the way home around 6pm for 7pm delivery after 1.5h nothing arrived, I gave them a call and it was some issue which I can understand, 2h later I call them again and they said that my order will be cancelled. The best bit is 2.5h later I received notification that pizza is on my way but never arrived. Chasing refund now from Head office, discussing service and this is stealing peoples money!!
4 pizza one large and 3 med 98 pounds. Has it come to this expense now.. think my last steak meal in a posh place was cheaper.. food did taste nice..lose one star for the over charging

Ordered a delivery from one store and was informed that my order would be coming from another store as the oven was broken. Food finally arrived after 90 mins, cold and not edible. Waste of time and
