This used to be a lovely chippy - but not any more. Ordered a large chips but what we got was more like a small. They were very dry and over cooked. Mushy peas were cold. Pickled onions were not pickled, they were raw. A total waste of money. Won't be going back any time soon.
I’m a regular at this fish and chip shop as they do amazing chips, however I attended tonight at 8pm, an hour before their advertised closing time and the elderly lady serving swore under her breathe at my order like I was inconvieneince her. Customer service needs to improve so that customers don’t feel like they aren’t able to order what they would like. It wasn’t exactly busy so you would think they would want the business. One of my favourite fish bars and has been for a long time! Went in on 14/1/24 just before it closed and they were so generous with the portions and the two ladies provided awesome customer service! Could chat to them all night! Thankyou girls!
