Waves Cafe, located within the National Marine Aquarium, offers a reasonable selection of food, though the children's menu is limited. The Cornish pasty seemed to have been sitting for a while, and the batter on the fish and chips had an off-putting yellow colour. Despite the cafe's limited seating and "tourist rate" pricing, it was packed and had a pleasant view over the harbor. The food, though not exceptional, is at least edible, making it a convenient option for visitors to the aquarium.
