Absolutely fumin I ordered food for delivery tonight. To be told an hour and a half later that I was to collect my food or get a refund . If it was for me I wouldn’t be so angry but because I got it for my children I am more upset the fact they had to wait ages. I reallyHope you don’t do this to other people, no respect and I highly dont recommend you order from this shop ever!

We normally use Bodrum when we want a takeaway as they have normally been quite good. However we received cookies that were all burnt to the point of being completely inedible i mayaswell have given my family a slab of charcoal.We rang at 8.30pm to be told they will look into it?? And send out some new ones… But at 10.15pm we still have not heard anything.I get it’s just cookies but if you say your going to deliver something, follow through with it
