Cafe nero is my go to place for a coffee these days. Great coffee and the staff are brilliant. Hard-working, friendly team of staff who provide excellent customer service and we always have a great laugh .

Went in for coffee today place was next to empty. Ordered drink no food on offer only to be told had to have takeaway cups as she was on her own at the present and wasn't doing any dishes. Dirty tables and floors, can understand while all other coffee shops in the area were busy and this was virtually empty.

I am a regular visitor to the Torquay branch. I would like to say that I was extremely impressed by how Ellie has managed things recently. Ellie welcomed customers the second they entered the shop and worked pragmatically through the orders, creating a warm, relaxing environment. A real trooper! Lovely coffee too!!

We are now going to go to nero's, all the time when we go home to Chichester please open in bognor Regis to you are dog friendly and that important to us and lots of people have dogs and they are family
