We had a take away and was delivered was told an hour was a little late 1 hour 15 nothing drastic what we ordered and payed for didn’t arrive rang and they said it was not ordered even though they changed for it food was not tasty food was Luke warm would avoid this place not the best

The food was outstanding! We had the chicken chat, aloo potatoes and a main and everything was absolutely delicious. Definitely the place in torquay you should eat at if you dont want another chain place.

We ordered 2 x chicken tikka masala we think the chicken walked past this dish as there was very little chicken probably enough chicken for a small child had it been edible and not totally tasteless, also ordered mango chicken which states with mango pieces and very little chicken, and totally tasteless and it had no mango pieces with a watery yellow liquid, onion bhajis were like a flat greasy onion cake. All 4 of us agreed that it was totally disgusting and tasteless tasteless. In all our years eating Asian food this is the worst that we’ve experienced. From placing the order to the food being ready was less than 15 minutes, so fast service but tasteless uneditable food.

I ordered takeaway one evening and it was way below standards, we complained and it was agreed that they would sort us out with a discount. To go into detail about the food.. there was no flavour at and it was all tasting the same .. like they had just batched cooked and used the base for all our dishes.. (it was a Monday night)When we phoned up to claim our discounted curry, they basiclly pied us and told us that no one had written anything down.They mugged us off twice!Horrendous. Its a shame as they’re usually our go too and we recommend them to everyone. Turns out they just mug people off.

We were on holiday and Green Chillies, was recommended by the receptionist on site. Arrived on time, hot and plentiful...excellent service and food

Arrived with cold food.Driver was rude on doorstep, saying he tried calling but no reply.. but I recognised him from a previous delivery...They charged extortionate money for the salad extras that wouldn't fill a baby (see photos).One sheesh kebab was so full of lamb fat/grissle..whatever you call it, that it was left to one side to throw away...The cooked foods were okay, but not what you'd expect for a £50 plus order...Just glad I dudn't get any complimentary anything including menus.. as we wouldn't be using them anyway..Why is every fast food place jumping to overcharge for what used to be affordable meals to look forward to...There was a time when even poppadoms were given extra as a type of garateful 'thank you for the order'...Now we are all just price targets.. and the quality of the service and products.. just isn't there any more.. such a shame.These used to be great.

Awful place..waited ages to eventually get charged and received nothing.Don’t use this takeaway this isn’t the first time this has happened and would never go back there again.. and they owe me £23.30 for not even delivering after we waited over 2 hours. Should be put out of business… terrible experience.
Absolute disgrace. If I could put 0 stars I would. I placed an online order at 5:30pm. At 8:30pm I rang up for the third time to be told that my food was out for delivery. At 9pm I still hadn’t received my food. I rang for the fourth time to then be told that my order hadn’t actually gone through, despite my confirmation email and that it hadn’t yet been cooked. Finally at close to 10pm I received my food which was cold, greasy and not very nice at all. I will never use this takeaway again. Disgraceful

This is my first Just Eat review in many years of using the app. Sheer frustration has compelled me to warn others not to make the mistake we made - DO NOT ORDER FROM GREEN CHILLI. we ordered at 7:15pm and I sit here at 10:00pm and still have not received the delivery despite numerous promises. You get to a point where you have to have dinner and get on with your night. AVOID.

Ordered through just eat, waiting 45mins after expected delivery, they said it would be 15mins but meal never arrived, no apology, no food, no answer on phone.Edit....Food just arrived at 9.30pm 3 hours after it was ordered!! Sent it back as we ordered a pizza instead.

Still waiting after ordering 2 and half hours before! Every time I rang up was told it was with the delivery driver! Now not answering the phone! Shocking service won’t be using again and will be making a visit to the place to get a refund!!

Ordered at 6.30, called then at 8pm ,no answer, messages them and got a reply say food would be with me at 8.30, 9.20 now and still not here, they are now closed so guess it's not coming but wouldn't know as they've not let me know one way or another
