The setting really makes this venue, with views out over Torbay, but that in itself would not be quite enough were it not for the fact that it is also well run. Everything is very clean and tidy, the food is perfectly reasonable, and service is attentive and charming, especially if you're lucky enough to get the lovely waitress Laura.

Sensational venue with seriously good food. We had Millionaire's breakfast (poached eggs royale with smoked salmon and hollandaise - gorgeous!) & a Captain's breakfast (full English with refreshingly high quality ingredients) accompanied by bloody Mary's. The views are stunning. What a find. Can't wait til the next time. Thank you for being there, our new fave destination in the Bay xXx

Excellent scenery, described by staff modestly as "a pretty good office view" XD, it's open all year!, and reachable by the cliff railway which is also very unique and convenient. I only bought an earl grey tea and go for the double biscuits, as the oat one really tasty it's crumbly and sweet perfect with the cuppa.
