Ordered 2 battered sausage, large chips, curry sauce and chicken strips. Chips were missing. And had an extra unbattered sausage. Rang them and was told about a 50 minute wait for the chips. After 50 minutes I rang again and they said 5 minutes. And that was 20 minutes ago. So 3 sausages, curry sauce and 6 chicken strips for £19.80. Worst service I've ever had

Absolutely disgusting I ordered a couple of meals at 7:15 was told it would be 25 mins arrived at 7:40, for a meal to be missing so I rang up and told them that a meal was missing they apologised and told me they would send the driver out with it, came to 9pm still nothing here so I rang again and they told me it was on the way out with the delivery driver. It then comes half 9 still nothing here so rang again and they told me that I placed my order at 5pm which isn’t even possible as was still at work and I said well I didn’t and they told me it would be 15 mins the driver as it now it’s now 10:15 and still nothing so I have now ordered food from somewhere else absolutely disgusting will not be returning.

Worst chips ever from St Marys all scraps black ruined our dinner threw them in the bin!!!! Seemed liike they were leftovers from dinner time and reheated... Shame because my cod was nice .. Been going there for years wont be going back....

Ordered from this place and they have messed up I was charge 43.40 for our meal and I had to call them up as my 5 year old dinner was miss for them to say I did not order the chicken nuggets and chips but as u can see in pic price does not match my order they said I orderd well defo not be going back and will be calling trading standards on Monday

Ordered a cheese jacket potato came home to eat it for lunch to find the potato wasn’t even cooked but they had melted cheese over the top !! Rock hard uncooked completely uncooked will be coming for my money back

Chips were greasy and oiley kebab was minging and the burger well don't get me started I ordered a half pounder and it came as a quarter pounder and the meat was not cooked in the middle and all of the food just had grease dripping off the containers and bags would highly not recommend

Shocking food gets delivered and I phone them up to say they are missing one of the meals. He says he will get the driver to send it up now and all he told the driver was send them a drink won't be going again
