Food took ages. When it arrived my wife had to return hers as the fish was stone cold. Under staffed and staff that were here couldn't even raise a smile.. will not be back.

Well unfortunately never got to try the food. I attempted to have a late lunch here with two freinds, one of which suffers from aspergers and can somtimes look abit dishevelled. unfortunately things went down hill rather quickly. We had been waiting approximately 30 minutes for food and our friend decided to go outdoors for a cigarette, as he returned we heard shouted "where are you going? not up there! get out!" at this point my other friend ask who this person was talking too. The Woman then came upstairs to our table and to my astonishment instead of apologising for her actions, as mistakes can happen. she attemped to justify her discrimination of a disabled person, at this point I lost my appetite. So we ended up at the downstairs bar, things were getting abit heated she refused to give her name and details of the incident and the complaints procedures of the parent company. She left another bar man to issue a refund, unfortunately they did not refund the drinks which were only half consumed, i found that abit disappointing. Now as she failed to identify herself and provide any of the complaints procedure my freind started to film, so he is able to identify the person to higher level management of the company to try to resolve the issue. At this point she assaulted my friend and attempted to snatch his phone from him. We then left and I shan't return to a business that allows the discrimination of those who are less abled and ill-equipped to handle these situations.I understand that they may be having issues with less fortunate people coming into the pub during the cold winter months, but to treat somone with disabilities in such a rude and Callus manner and refuse to apologise for her mistake is simply unacceptable.

What kind of restaurant has no steak on a Friday night , no communication between staff we had to reorder food and I had to tell the manager they had no steak to serve us after we paid for it, I would not eat here again

Currently sat here waiting for our taxi back to our house to get ready for our New year night out. I must say the following staff have been fantastic this afternoon/evening and really made our new year's eve afternoon enjoyable. KAT - we ordered one of the 8 pint towers and a slight issue with the till meant this wasn't possible. However Kat made sure all was fix and sorted to allow us to get our 8 pint tower. Along with being super friendly and having a good laugh. SAM - really friendly and professional. Great personality and reacted well when joking about free shots! (Didn't get them :( but enjoyed the joke!) JESSS - really friendly and polite. Again enjoyed a great joke around with jess and again made the afternoon enjoyable. All in all a great place to drink and enjoy times with friends! Plus... dog friendly! Thanks all! And happy new year!

Had a great visit here - all the staff were lovely but Izzy in particular was super helpful, friendly, and was very accommodating. The food was nice and the service was quick. The general atmosphere was also cosy and welcoming. Will be coming again:)

Such a rude waiter, didn’t feel welcomed at all. Left out drinks on the bar and ignored us. Rolled her eyes as she was taking our order. Was overall an unpleasant experience. Won’t be returning!
