It is difficult to put into words how special this place is. Complete tonic - peaceful, ultra comfortable luxury. The accommodation is out of this world, but it is the people who work here that are the real difference. I booked here as a treat for my boyfriends 40th birthday. On check in we found out we had been upgraded to the ‘Neil’ room. We were delighted! Staff were amazing and friendly. The hotel is stunning. The room was beautiful and grand. We had a drink in the bar, followed by use of the spa facilities which was relaxing and enjoyable. The evening we had a meal in the restaurant. Lovely place to stay with stunning views. We had a room just by the main house. The only thing I would recommend is to put an umbrella in the room as we had to walk in the rain to get to the celler bar & restaurant. The room was spacious & well equipped, it was spotless. The service was the best we've had from start to finish.
