We called in at this cafe for a cup of tea a few weeks ago, and thought the menu looked interesting, so we returned for lunch. I chose a sourdough toast with a filling of Brie, bacon and cranberry sauce which was wonderful. My husband had the same but with a mushroom and pepper filling. Very good place to get brunch or lunch. Have been here for coffee and cake a few times, their cakes are always very good, especially their carrot cake.Had a very good caesar salad, and my friends had cooked English breakfasts, of which they do a very good veggie or vegan option. Food and coffee was very good.

We've been here many times over the years and this place is consistently excellent!!! We went on a very wet and rainy day and we were welcomed in my the staff who were wonderful and so friendly and the food was excellent as always!!!
