“Staff are genuinely amazing. They are so attentive, hardworking and kind. I go to this branch very often because I am a writer and I need a change of scenery. I tried almost every cafe in the area and slowly transition into visiting to Costa only because every member of the staff are kind and caring. I find the Costa experience very simillar to at Bvlgari Hotel or Ritz London. I hope the staff members are appreciated properly by the management, because they really do not have to be nice.
