Staff are genuinely amazing. They are so attentive, hardworking and kind. I go to this branch very often because I am a writer and I need a change of scenery. I tried almost every cafe in the area and slowly transition into visiting to Costa only because every member of the staff are kind and caring. I find the Costa experience very simillar to at Bvlgari Hotel or Ritz London. I hope the staff members are appreciated properly by the management, because they really do not have...read full review

I wanted to have a coffee at an independent café, but they didn't open till 10:00, so I had no choice but to come here. As with all Costa's it's okay. Nothing special, but not terrible.

It was an OK experience.would like to point out the staff were very friendly and when we returned a stale croissant the chap apologised and was happy for an alternative to be supplied.The drinks were good though and seating was no problem as it is quite a large place.
