I came in and had a really nice, maple, hazelnut latte. The service could have been friendlier. But the coffee was good and the place had a nice atmosphere.Parking: There is a free car park across the road
We have been going to Costa Coffee in Kinson (Bournemouth) for a couple of months. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much for them.My friends, my Husband and I meet for coffee ☕️ in there every other week. Sometimes more often!! I am lactose intolerant and the staff, all of them, always make sure every drink I have is totally lactose free. The only negative is that the only alternative to dairy is Soya, which I usually have, even at home.Would recommend to everyone...read full review

Relatively busy place, but there was always space to sit. The Team is friendly and professional.Wheelchair accessibility: Street level. If a person has difficulty, there's usually someone to help.
