Went here for a coffee. Most of the seating area was closed off to stop groups sitting in. Security was there but for some reason dealing with his own friends. A large group turned up and started causing problems. Became quite uncomfortable to stay in.Parking: Will need to park off site and walk in

Was busy, all but two of the order points were out of service, yet they would not serve us at all where you collect and pay for orders, and we only wanted two hot chocolates.The wait was over 20 minutes, and for some reason, our order was after others that had ordered after us.The staff were rude and awful service. Never fails to deliver, really friendly service and one member of staff in particular who couldn't do enough to make sure we were ok, one downfall though I can't stand the self ordering screens, please bring back the tills, order it get and move on, so much quicker than queuing twice , once to order it then again in waiting for it to be put up. Progress???
