Thoroughly enjoyed recent stay. Excellent value.Room was spotless and housekeeping kept it so throughout. The experience was made all the more enjoyable owing to the friendliness, cheerfulness and efficiency of all the staff who I sensed really enjoyed being part of such an excellent team. Appreciated the complimentary gin and tonics and the provision of ice, lemon and fresh milk each evening at 1800. As for food, meals at the jetty and Upper deck were eagerly anticipated and did not once fail to meet up to the highest of standards. I particularly enjoyed the partridge in a pear tree, delicious as was Alex's twice baked soufflé. Whilst all the staff were polite and courteous, Lauren in particular was charming and so attentive. The breakfasts too were excellent and watching the team at work was like watching a well drilled military operation in progress, no doubt due to the leadership qualities of Rafael. A further generous touch was to be invited to take the bath robe home as a momento.

Fabulous location, friendly staff and very nice rooms. The complimentary gin and tonic was a very welcome surprise! The Jetty Restaurant attached to the hotel provided us with a superb evening meal with breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant equally as enjoyable.

Have so much love for Christchurch Harbour Hotel. Each visit is so memorable- the service is outstanding, very authentic and the friendly staff pay so much attention to detail and make your experience truly special. Love the cocktails here and enjoyed their delicious food, very fresh and flavourful.Thank you for always giving us a wonderful time! Was so happy to take my little sister here, in my most recent visit, to enjoy the ambience.

We had a pleasant 2 night stay in (apparently) one of the best suites. We found it to be a bit dated and tired. Curtains didn't work, and also looked drab and knackered. Floorboards creaked a lot and walls are wafer thin. No pressure in the shower on one of the days, other day was fine. Also couldn't understand why a mysterious puddle formed everyday near the seating area. The spa was a disaster... cold jacuzzi, cut myself on the knackered tiles in the steam-room as they're all falling off. Lounger mattresses were all stained and cornicing around the ceiling above the pool was hanging off.Other than the disappointment of our room and the spa, the bar, restaurant, massage and breakfast were all wonderful.

I was extremely disappointed in this place. I was taken here for a birthday lunch. I chose the mushroom burger option. When the food came out, it was a tiny brioche bap (similar to the ones you buy in a convenience store) and a metal cup of fries! This was £21.00!!!! I would of expected this dish to be £10 at most. It just looked lost on the plate. An absolute disgrace. I would feel personally embarrassed, if I was presenting this option to a guest. Over priced, poor quality venue!!!! I will not be returning or recommending.......

Came here for my birthday meal and the food and service was just lovely! Was waited on by a lovely waiter called Phill who was lovely, prompt and attentive all evening. And the food was served to perfection.I had the fish and chips and my partner had the beef burger, with side orders of seasonal greens and dauphinois potatoes. Both to which we would recommend and thoroughly enjoyed! When we had our dessert they came out with a little birthday plate of fudge and chocolate truffle and happy birthday written in chocolate! Was such a lovely sweet surprise! Was a lovely way to celebrate

Lovely hotel in a great location. The beds are very comfortable with lovely bed linen. Friendly staff and nice spa. The restaurant is a little pricey and the menu is limited but the food is nice. Would definitely recommend it.

it has nice views of the sea. nice tranquil spot. a place to chill and have a pint between family and friends. We were greeted at the desk by Olivia. Many thanks to her for guiding us through the process of rooms, spa, breakfast and dealing with our requests. The staffs were friendly all throughout the various corners of the hotel. The room came with complimentary gin and tonic.Enjoyed the selection of drinks at the bar. Particularly the Mojito Royale was my favorite. The breakfast was made on order. The English breakfast was a big highlight for me.Would definitely come back and stay.Rooms: we took the family room. a double bed and two single bed in the other room. really useful when travelling with family.

Had a great stay..very relaxing..Spa was the best I have ever used..lovely hot steam room..really hot..Had a cheaper room which was nice...nice complimentary Gin and Tonic and all baths stuff....Nice Touch.....Only gripe...parking is limited....noisy at the front, late night, with staff moving crates and drunk guests and cars driving past. Cooked breakfast could be a little bigger..maybe 2 sausages or more beans?..Will stay again despite the minor gripesRooms: Nice comfy beds.....Good size....fridge!Nearby activities: Great walks to Harbour and along beach to High Cliff Castle

This is a lovely, smart hotel with delicious food, cocktails and service. The views of the bay from the restaurant inside the hotel or the Jetty are lovely. The food on the Jetty is expensive, averaging £30 for a main course, but this is fine dining and the value is there in terms of quality, presentation and service. The twin rooms we stayed in were of a great standard, with all the items you may need - fans, ironing board etc. The children enjoyed their connecting rooms and privacy. There were also nice touches we appreciated, such as a carafe of Gin for you to enjoy, including room service delivering ice, milk around 6pm. There was an array of bramble products in the bathroom in full size containers, as well as miniatures for added convenience. Spa robes and slippers in your room made for easy commuting down to the pool in what felt like a very cosy hotel despite its size. We’d definitely recommend to friends.
