I placed an order in store and cancelled it straight away when they told me the wait would be over 30 minutes. I asked for a refund and they said no we can’t do it in store and I have to wait for head office to process it. I have chased several times over the last 5 weeks and no refund has been given. I chased the store and they explained that it could have been processed in store at the time which was odd as the manager that night told me they cannot process refunds in store so clearly trying to be obtuse! I then asked Kacper for the number to make a complaint and he said he doesn’t have it and I must look online half for the number. I find it strange that dominoes don’t have a number for their own head office!Overall just poor service and still no refund for my 4/5 pizzas I ordered. How hard is it just to refund me it’s only £50+

I went down to the shop to get buy1 get one fee which was advertised on the shop window went to order and they would not onner the advert I rung head office and they where no help I would stay away from domino's and go somewhere else just lost a very good customer as we go there evey week

I ordered to collect from this store. We got charged twice for the order, the food was tasty but we never got all we ordered. A month later they are still arguing about it. This place is total chaos, plastic containers left in the middle of the floor so staff have to constantly walk around them, can't find the order and can't organise a refund. I would not recommend using this store and it is a franchise so Domino's are not interested in any problems. Good luck if you try here, you'll need it.

Pizzas from Domino's are fresh and taste really good. You can also watch your pizza being made in the store but keep in mind the store is card only. Delivery times are quick and you can track it on the website/ app. Pizzas are very expensive unless you can find a coupon or order in the app for better prices.

I ordered a large pizza from this branch for delivery. I called up to double check the order and when it turned up, I didn't get what I had ordered. I was very dissapointed but I must say, a gentleman called Jeep was very helpful and understanding of my frustration. Your customer service and willingness to help a client is 10/10 and you are a true asset to your company!!! Thank you very much Jeep.

Ordered domino's from barrack rosd as it dont let me order from another location and yet again they get the order from its rediculous they have got it wrong so many times

App showed pizzas as delivered 10 mins ago but still no pizzas have arrived.I phoned the store who said that because they are short of drivers and staff in the kitchen they are sending drivers out with multiple deliveries and are marking all pizzas as delivered when the driver gets to the first house.They said it should hopefully be delivered within the next 15 mins which means it has been out for delivery for over half an hour, assuming it arrives then! I'm expecting them to be cold.Update. We are now 15 mins on and still no pizzas and now no answer when phoning the store.

Have ordered from here quite a bit as our kitchen is being built. Pizzas are always delicious and staff friendly and polite. Kitchen looks clean. Thanks guys for the great pizzas!

I ordered my food and a hour later it still hadn't arrived, when I called to ask where it was the stated it had been delivered after explaining twice it hadn't they decided to remake the food and refund me. Not the first time this has happened.

We visited the store yesterday evening somewhere around 7 and 8pm and was served by a staff member who may have a name beginning with R or M? - The service by this staff member excelled our expectations- Not only were they polite friendly and approachable- they went above and beyond at delivering customer service - it made the trip into store worth it.
