I went to KFC as we had our grandchildren with us. First of all there was no vegan option available, it was out of stock. There was no receipt given when I ordered the food and nothing came up on the screen to say it was being prepared. When I was called to collet the food, I had ordered 2 x Children's boxes but when I got home with them, there were no chips, no gravy and no fruit shoot, they had given me adult sized cokes instead which were no good for a 3 and 5 year old. Unfortunately not going here often I did not check the food bag until I got home and was not about to go out again in the cold. So a massive rip off as did not get a lot of what we paid for, would not recommend and will not be going there again.

First time there Saturday. Spent over 50 bucks staff were absolutely amazing even when I messed up order.place was clean when food arrived everthing was correct and tasted fantastic..well done

We ordered a bucket of 6 pieces of regular recipe chicken and chips. We received a very small box consisting of 2 drumsticks, 2 very small thighs and 2 hot wings which we didn't order. ???!!!

Ordered through just eat. Meant to have been a bucket of 6 pieces of regular chicken and chips. Paid £22!!!! We got 2 very small chicken thighs, 2 drumsticks and 2 hot wings which we didn't order. Chips were limp and disgusting. We will not be doing this again.

The chicken they served up was dried out and barely edible. It had clearly been cooked ages ago and left in the heated rack. The fries were the opposite and barely cookedWheelchair accessibility: The dine in area is not disabled friendly and when closed the takeaway waiting area is about 8ft square. You end up squeezed between other people and have to carefully pick your way through to collect your food when readyWon't be going back as there is a better KFC a couple of miles away

The last three KFC experiences have been steadily worse but it's just not worth it anymore. Would be more satisfying to just set light to my money and watch it burn rather than think I have worked hard to earn the money which in effect has just been wasted on this gross food which was thrown away uneaten. Tepid burger, inedible bland cardboard chips - have been pretty dire since they changed their chips a number of years ago - but possibly the worst ever. Oh, and the coleslaw was fizzy as clearly off despite it having a BB date of 6th September. KFC used to be delicious but now it's not. Avoid this store. Poor management and awful food.

The worst takeaway I have ever had. The chips were soggy and cold, the coating on the chicken wasn’t fresh or crispy. Was looking forward to this meal as hadn’t had a KFC in years but never again. Total waste of money, don’t bother eating this rubbish. It’s shocking how they get away with serving up such terribly cooked food.
