Delivery staff had little interaction and didn't care for anything much I had to say.Large pizza came and the base was undercooked entirely and the pizza itself was smothered in cheese with little amount of BBQ sauce.If I could rate this 0 stars I would because of how many times i've had issues with the quality of food here. £25 wasted.

Delivery staff had a horrible attitude. When they arrived he just grunted at me then walked off. The pizzas base was undercooked and cold when it arrived. One star is being generous.£30 quid wasted.

The woman at first said my order hadn't come through!. When I showed her the address and queried if I was at the wrong location. She said right location and went on to say my order is in the oven so made me wait. Having waited for 5 to 10mins. Another guy came as if I was waiting to order. I said I was waiting for my pizza to cook, only to know that my order had been ready all this time and out waiting for pick up. Not good.

Ordered takeaway. Order turned up wrong, called the store to discuss, was told I had made the wrong order! I had the email from the app confirming what I ordered! The store put the phone down on me. Avoid ordering, not only did it take over an hour to arrive, it wasn't very warm!

Ordered a MyBoxMeal for collection, went for a firm favourite and had Pepperoni Pizza, Hot n Spicy Chicken Strips and a small bottle of Sprite. Came to around 12quid and was a great meal. No complaints at all. I was lucky too as they had run out if small portions of dough so I got a upgrade to a medium pizza. I don't do takeaway pizza often, but when I so I will order from them again

I ordered a pizza and garlic bread for delivery online as it said they had a 50% deal on if you spent over £25. I did, but the discount didnt work but i didn't realise untill after i had paid. I rang pizza hut and asked them to cancel the order and the man took my name and said ok and abruptly hung up so i presumed he cancelled my order as i asked. I new it would take 5 working days for the refund to go through so i ordered just a pizza on its own and thought i would collect it on the way home as i was now passing the one in Christchurch. I got home to find that my mum had taken in a delivery of pizza already! Which ment i had ordered twice and spent nearly £55 on pizza which i cant afford and theres alot of food wastage. Ive just had a baby boy and wanted a chilled night but was so stressed by it i couldnt relax. I would asked for the refund i asked for on the phone which i obviously didn't get before. I gave the reference for the order on an email. The customer service said they would not give a refund. I will not be getting pizza hut again.

Ordered food at 6.55pm where it said an hour wait which was fine. Food didn't arrive until gone 9pm! It was stone cold and had items missing. Couldn't get hold of them on the phone. Complained to pizza hut but customer service was rubbish all round. Not the first time this hut has been bad so won't return and definitely won't use pizza hut as a whole after the appalling customer service at headquarters.

Rang the store to ask where my order was.Manager told me his driver had let him down and it was now going through deliveroo. Thought fair enough food will most likely be delivered in the next 10 mins or so. Still no food. Was now over an hour since I'd ordered food.Rang the store again to be told this was no longer there problem and it was now deliveroo I needed to contact. Despite having ordered through the pizza hut website not deliveroo. Told the store we no longer wanted the order and to cancel. Food arrived 20 mins later by a deliveroo driver who was very apologetic. Wasn't his fault, We sent the food back. Took us over 10 days for a refund after going back and forth with pizza hut and deliveroo.Manager was extremely rude to myself and my wife. Would not recommend ordering from this one.

I like pizza hut now they do vegan cheese and toppings , gluten free ?Carbs are crucial to build up and a strong and healthy body ?Eat them responsably :)))

Not taking online orders? What is a Pizza Hut delivery branch doing if it cannot take online orders via the website or App in the Christchurch branch? Also bonkers they don’t deliver 3 miles away. And they wonder why they lose business? But I can’t collect as can’t order

Well all I can say is I will definitely be returning ☺ mixed my order up by accident only very small mix up but rang up and they completely re made my order and let us keep the old one and gave me a free ice cream to say sorry. Lovely customer service on the phone and by the delivery driver too .. definitely turned an unhappy situation into a happy one quickly.

Terrible staff. Asked for extra chilli peppers was told I couldn’t. Embarrassing really how can you not put extra chilli peppers on a pizza. I’m not surprised pizza huts are closing down because of stupidity like this. I will not order again.
