Dint even bother. Ordered food, turned up stone cold. Asked for refund, they said they were processing it. 3 weeks later still no refund so told them to just re send the order that arrived cold. They send the wrong order, with things I'm allergic to on the pizza. Called to tell them and I'm now being told that the pizza they sent is the pizza I ordered, which it certainly isn't and have the order confirmation to prove so. Person on the phone doesn't listen, refuses to let you talk. Avoid at all costs. Pathetic doesn't begin to describe their service! Absolutely appalled with the way they speak to their paying customers

If I could I would give this place no stars I would. Absolutely diabolical!!! Ordered a pizza for delivery , 1 hour & half later still no pizza. I rang the store & the gentleman couldn’t even find our order after telling him our address he just wasn’t listening & keep giving out all these different addresses. Finally found our order & got all confused and said it would be another hour , which by this point I was fuming. Then he said it will be delivered shortly. Food was ok , warm not hot !!! Dreadful service. I’m surprised they are still in buisness as they don’t deserve to be.

The app said it would take 40 minutes, phoned up after over an hour as the pizza tracker showed it as still on prep, they told me it would be another hour and a half. They claimed to be busy but not really an excuse when the app clearly estimates a time for you, alsontook me about 6 goes tonget through phoning them. Have ordered a few times from here but won't be doing so again.

Only order if you want to wait over 2 hours for a cold pizza to be delivered and then have the joy of experiencing the worst customer service ever. Excellent at being rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Very poor at managing what is after all a 3 step process....receive order, cook pizza, deliver. Not sure how they continue to operate with the amount of refunds they are giving.@Dominos Please stop posting your meaningless replies using cut and pasted wording. I have already contacted customer support and the service was just as appaling as the Dorchester store.

Shocking and disgusting service. Ordered via the app with a 40 min time after waiting 2 hours managed to finally get through to them to be told it would be a further 1.5 hour wait!! Fuming and with 2 young children this is beyond poor service!! And then to top it off told it would take 5-7 working days to get a refund for nearly £50!! Do not use these poor excuse of a takeaway

Online we were told 30 mins delivery time. 1.5 hours later, we phoned, was on hold for 6 minutes, to be told that they are running late….. we gave our address and postcode 4 times, still told that they are running late….apparently got to wait for another 25 minutes. Basically 2 hours for a pizza!

Dunno what the pizza is like yet. I’m waiting for it. The staff are right potty-mouths though. Full of cussin’ around my pizza as it cooks?!?! Apparently someone they had just delivered to demanded free dips. He’s apparently also a “f@ckin’ liar”…..oooof……they weren’t happy with that. How very dare they.
Not happy didn’t take my order properly gave me the wrong pizza and had to remake it didn’t put my box of cookies on the order

Dominos is great quality here and I highly recommend it if you're looking for something hot to grab on the way home or have delivered.Personally I fall outside of the delivery area but i do go in to collect with a taxi on the way home before

Easy, quick, decent enough pizza. Can't complain. Usually well made looking pizzas, just depends whose made it, I'd imagine.I wouldn't recommend having it too often however, just because pizza.Not to mention it's cool they're open at 10:45 pm. Although I'm unsure the workers feel the same..

The cheese pizza we ordered was cremated, we payed for extra cheese and there was barely 1 portion and it was so dry and hard that it was completely inedible and the whole thing went in the bin.The pizza was for my toddler and I and he was so excited for dinner, however he ended up sobbed through his cheese sandwich since the pizza was unpalatable.

Burned and charred pizza, have loads of pizzas over the years from them but this was just awful. The fact the guy who made it thought it was ok to serve speaks volumes about the minimum wage staff they have who simply don't care about what they are making. Yes just a pizza but I don't eat out that often and was actually really looking forward to it. First time to their Dorchester branch and the absolute last. If you don't like your job... Find another one!
