Lovely pub. Been going there since I was a kid, mostly for parties. Needs a bit of a decor update, but it is cosy and the staff were incredible. One lady in particular who went above and beyond for my husband's nans 88th birthday.Kid-friendliness: Kids thoroughly enjoyed the skittle alley. They could run wild. ?
Having visited The Vic 3 years ago I have to say that my experience back then was less than friendly, I actually felt quite uncomfortable. Having heard that new management have changed things up I thought I would give it another go and how glad I was that I did. Happy welcoming staff, clean and more modern. Great local pub if you're in the Dorch area. Cheapest pool table in Dorch and they've got a good darts set up. There's even a skittles alley attached too. Outside you'll find a nice seating area, and a cage full of birds. Quirky but cool. The resident dog is very friendly too. Worth a visit if you want a pint, a catch-up and a game of pool with some mates. Food isn't bad either.
