Took 12 kids here yesterday for a treat after a birthday party and had a lovely time. Staff were so friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Kids loved the ice cream and waffles (really generous portions). Really made my daughter's birthday thank you.
Visited the Poole store in the bus station, on a weekday evening with my youth group of 13 children. Warm and welcoming, smelled amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Calm and understanding staff, with so much patience for the young children overwhelmed by all the choice! The sundaes and waffle sandwiches were great value and delicious too. A wonderful evening all round. Highly recommended.
