I've been twice in 2 weeks. I'm addicted to their hot chocolate with marshmallows. They also serve cake - mmm!As far as I know that's all they serve - though the only menu on our table was a drinks list. It is in a glorious location over-looking the Lake, and the swans. Very popular. Self service. Dogs welcome. Staff helpful and friendly. Good atmosphere. Had a fantastic evening at the Motown Night! Fantastic singer, gorgeous food and amazing friendly staff, in particular a member of staff called Charlie, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! Thank you to all the team, we will be back

The most superb position overlooking Poole Park Lake, but the food and service is always a little dissapointing. The tea, is without doubt the worst I have ever tasted, and I have tried it about 6 times. My husband says the coffee is lovely though. I really don't like to criticize, and do so very rarely, but I do feel the cafe relies upon its position a bit too much, being made to feel even a teensy bit welcome would be a good start.
