“Friendly staff. The food was good although the sirloin steak didn't look like it was a sirloin steak. Fish and chips were great. Pub garden is lovely and kids were occupied by the swing. It's a nice pub.”

“We are in Portland for a short break and decided on the Eight kings for our dinner.
The staff are very attentive and friendly. From what I saw locals were in as well (so a big thumbs up from them) drinks were prompt- our dinners to a little longer than expected but the staff kept apologising.
But it was well worth the wait - yum
I would def recommend ?”
