Chicken veg broth was tasteless, tomato basil soup was a bit better. Butter was completely melted into a pool, cappuccino machine not working so only tea/instant coffee available. Last time 2 months ago was not working. All utensils were filthy along with the tables. It was 3pm so very quiet.
