“The food is lovely and the cafe is also dog friendly, it's just not very people friendly. There's no greeting and they deliver your food with the bare minimum of who ordered what, they aren't very attentive when you're ordering because they're chatting to each other.
The cafe is situated in a very pretty courtyard and with a better attitude from the staff it could be tip top.
I does'nt put me off going at all because it's so relaxing and pleasant otherwise.”

“Great food, great service, greeted upon entry, spoke through menu options when mom was indecisive about what to have, and very personable with my nephew! A great dining experience all round!”

“Food is usually very good and I've eaten there on a number of occasions.
BUT do not have the pasta Bolognese, my meal was cool, dry and had no sauce and very little mince.
I had to return the meal and pick another option on the menu. No quibbles but unnecessary if the
Chef knew how to cook Bolognese.”

“Called in for breakfast, what a great setting and menu. Had a wander around the garden centre too and bought some garden plants. Very chilled and relaxing experience, do it you won't be dissatisfied.”

“It appears the ownership of the cafe has changed and so has the menu. This is a shame it is no longer a quintessential tea rooms, you can no longer purchase the full selection of classical english foods including pork and bacon products.”

“Absolutely brilliant service from the Gent and two young ladies working in the store at lunchtime on the 11th September, The place was packed with the lunchtime rush but they still managed to deliver the best service we have received at a Costa.
There really wasn't a need to apologise for the wait guys.
The team deserve recognition for their work.”
