Lots of flavours to chooses from. Open until 6pm. On a farm where there's a chance you could get up close to the cows. Play park. Plenty of parking and seats. Ice-cream was lovely, I went for black forest and rum and raisin and mam had the peach.

A hidden gem.Second to none spot for real dairy ice cream, frozen food with the warmest of welcomes !Kid-friendliness: There's a small outside play area for the kids, right outside the shop / cafe, and another area with a zip-wire ride just across the driveway.

I was on my walking travels raising funds for Alzheimer's Research UK and planned a visit, I'm pleased I did. I sat in and had an Eaton Mess and a pot of tea which was awesome (TBH I could have eaten every single one on offer and for the walk home I decided to take out a Rose Ripple which as good as the Eaton Mess was the RR was on a whole different level I think I found my Ice Cream Nirvana.

The ice cream sundaes were spot on. Plenty of ice cream. Plenty of sauce. Plenty if whipped cream. Absolutely smashing. It’s a real pity the setting was so unlovely. Needs some attention.

Great ice cream treat and a good cup of coffee.Would be nice to have a few more outdoor seats and a few more climb on children friendly things. The Fordson tractor was great.
Easy to find- well sign posted. Plenty of car parking. Lots of selection- something for everyone. Good out door space for children/dogs

Often travel from Newcastle for some lovely ice cream - I'm lactose intolerant but they're too nice not to!

First time visiting and I hate to say but for me personally it's not worth the travel. The place feels a little run down and definitely needs up dating, so much potential. Also the kids play park unfortunately had dog poo on the grass area and play equipment. Obviously not the staff at fault but was rather off-putting. On a positive note its lovely with the chickens walking free and cows close by the Ice cream and the coffee were also lovely it's just a shame about the rest.
