Pubs in Barnard Castle
“Highlight of our day finding the Crobar. We visited Barnard Castle with family and friends and the staff immediately offered to move two tables together for us to all be seated together. The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us and we felt well catered for. The food was delicious and the presentation was lovely, we all enjoyed sharing and tasting the variety of cuisine and the atmosphere was so nice, we enjoyed having a lovely shaded area as we visited during a heatwave, so the shade was much appreciated.
Highly recommend the Crobar and we will definitely be visiting again!”

“The most welcoming and friendly pubs in Barnard Castle. The staff are awesome and you will receive the best and friendliest welcome from everyone, staff and customers! The food is great and well worth a stop if you are in the area. And they even have karaoke on a Saturday night!! And they'll even let you sing Boulevard of Broken Dreams by Greenday.......and it's 6 minutes long!!!! Do yourself a favour, and go there!!!!”
