“I recently visited Blackhill Fish & Chips, and it was an outstanding experience! The fish was cooked to perfection—crispy, golden batter on the outside, with soft, flaky fish inside. The chips were equally impressive: thick-cut, perfectly seasoned, and deliciously fresh.

“We were staying in a local Airbnb place for my husbands 60th. We booked online for a party of 7 and were given a large square table in the back corner of the bar which was perfect. We had two small dogs with us and they were happy to be able to sit on the bench seats with us without being told to get down. The staff were all extremely friendly, the food was delicious and there were options for both vegan and coeliac - both needed for our party. Would definitely go back if we were int the area again - thank you for a lovely night”

“A friend introduced me to this coffee shop just after the first lockdown. I’ve been visiting ever since. Always friendly and staff go above and beyond to accommodate. An absolute treasure in Blackhill. Vegan food isn’t always advertised but Sweetharts do accommodate which is wonderful.”
