Missing food from our order, ring to say it’s missing and then takes half an hour to arrive - rest of foods already been eaten by this point and the missing item was for my daughter so she had to eat alone. Item missing was also sole reason we got takeaway in first place as she was craving cheesy chips, only for them not to come. Night ruined. Other foods were just ok nothing mind blowing.

Food freezing cold ,late and horrible, all for £18....AVOID.UPDATE...Credit to them they did give a full refund and apologised when complained.

The only takeaway shop I order from is golden pizza, food is always 10/10 and service from staff and delivery drivers is very pleasant. I would recommend anyone in the area to give it a try.

Ordered food from here and it come late and when it arrived one portion of nachos was burnt and the didn't send the kebab when i rang up to complain i was getting told i was wrong as the nachos were sent through at the same time i have now been waiting 50 minutes for them to sent out a portion of kebab and fresh nachos not happy at all dont think i will order from here again. UPDATE the sent new nachos out and still forgot the kabab in my opinion its not very well ran as a company and it needs something seriously done

Awful! Food delivered almost an hour late, when it came it was warm and soggy, chips were dry and onion rings were lying in pool of water. Buffalo burger missing all toppings but sauce, bun was wet and burger tasteless. Would not order from here again!

I waited an hour and 20 minutes before contacting the store and asking if my order had been sent out yet which they had told me it’s only just gone in the oven to then have to wait another 40 minutes for my food to come and they forget some of my order too!

We have recently bought food and I couldn't really complain about the food we orded apart from being over an hour to wait for it. The desserts aka (banoffee gateau) wasn't fresh and one of them was well past it expiry date and was frozen and smelt foul so god knows what the dates on the other food that's frozen.
Burgers were cardboard textured beef in soggy buns with a 'salad' consisting of a full slice of raw onion, and 1/8th of a cherry tomato. Cheesy chips were found hiding in the corner of the box they came in, half of them apparently cannibalised by the rest during the time it took for delivery. Could recommend this place for weigh loss as you are likely to miss a meal while you wait for delivery

I ordered a delivery and after two phone calls I was told it wouldn't be long and the driver was on his way with it. An hour an a half later I phoned up again and the shop had closed......and yeah no delivery after waiting all that time (not even a call back to explain what had happened to it before they closed).....poor! terrible customer service.

Over an hour and half and I'm still waiting for my pizza been delivered on a Tuesday night. Every time I ring up they just say it's with the driver. Normal use here all the time but I won't be now.

Order was late, I didn’t even get an apology but when I questioned the lovely lady(being polite) she proceeded to hand the phone to a colleague muttering “take this, I can’t be arsed with him”
