Order pizza for collection. Said in notes 820. For collection before I realised I could choose later so again selected 8:20 as collection time.They rang at 8pm asking me what time my order was for!My partner picked the food up, got home, which is a 5 minute drive but the pizza was stone cold.They'd clearly cooked it before 8pm when they rang to ask when I was collecting it.Really disappointed. They could clearly have made another in 20 minute's they had but didn't bother.
