Warm welcome, swift and helpful service which brought a great cup of tea and THE most delicious cherry cake (made with rice flour) to us. Thank you!

Food was good. But coffee was weak and tasteless. No expresso or cappuccino. Why no real coffee machine.? Also no wifi .

Sorry can’t give a higher score but the White Monk doesn’t have a coffee machine and cafettiere coffee just isn’t good enough. Having said that the sandwiches were good. But we only called for coffee. It was much better over the road.

Excellent tea room with loads of home made produce, the pie I had was stuffed to bursting and extremely tasty.

1st time visiting this tea room as we were in the area. We arrived at lunch time on a Saturday and had to wait 10 minutes for a table. There is a small waiting area which is comfortable There is a big selection of warm food, drinks and snacks. All food that came out was lovely. Will defiantly be visiting again.
