Don’t try and order any food from this place. Orders are getting delayed by an hour, then brought cold or not even your order. I gave them second chance couple of times, but they disappointed us even more. Not going to order from this place ever again.

order containing McDonald's Meal Deal(s): 127803219Food ordered via Just Eat on Sunday, delivery time was delayed several times, then was with the driver on the app for over 30 min, so no surprise when it turned up ice cold. Food was not fit for consumption and was put in the bin. Just Eat solution to this is to offer me 15% off my next meal.Will NEVER order off Just Eat again!!!
As an employee there I would expect the food to come to me like I was a customer buying something from there but I had something missing off my delivery and this isn't the first time this has happend this time they missed a promo item the chicken Mac and I ain't

This branch is not my favourite but tonight, a staff member named David who actually understands the concept of customer service made my experience much better. He was friendly and chased my food order and then went on a Squishamal hunt for my children when they received Smurf toys! He brought sauces and was very polite and nice, an asset to the branch. Could not find an email / staff feedback form anywhere to do this officially.

If I had a choice I wouldn't even rate it 1 star.there was 3 of us and we ordered on the computer and got a number and waited at the table. 25 minutes later still no sign of our food. I went up and asked where it was. 5 minutes later food arrived,stone cold. I took it back and explained that we had waited half hour and the food was cold. He apologised and got us some fresh food but then when it came it had all the stuff and that on them we didn't like and requested wasn't on there. This was the worst experience I have ever had in mcdonalds and definitely won't be going there again. Alot of people were complaining that day. I don't k ow what was going on because there was plenty of staff there. The lady next to me who complained about her food was getting harrased by a staff member asking them to leave a nice review with her eventually receiving her food. Sorry but I definitely won't be rating that place.
