As an employee there I would expect the food to come to me like I was a customer buying something from there but I had something missing off my delivery and this isn't the first time this has happend this time they missed a promo item the chicken Mac and I ain't
This branch is not my favourite but tonight, a staff member named David who actually understands the concept of customer service made my experience much better. He was friendly and chased my food order and then went on a Squishamal hunt for my children when they received Smurf toys! He brought sauces and was very polite and nice, an asset to the branch. Could not find an email / staff feedback form anywhere to do this officially.

The food is sometimes cold and the music isn’t loud enough. I am absolutely gobsmacked about this McDonalds. There are always little rascals outside in balaclavas, bikes and E-Cigarettes, ban them.Parking: Scam
