My daughter and 3 friends visited on wed, there was a mistake with the order (which happens when places are busy) what was so impressive as a parent, was that David the Manager reassured the girls and sorted it out for them! This mean so much when you know your kids are Dinning alone, so thanks David and thanks Darlington Pizza Hut. Always been a great Hut!!!!

We came here with our young family for a late lunch. Everything was spotless and the front of house team were amazing. Our young children were given colouring pencils and some activity packs which kept them entertained. Food was served hot and quickly. The salad bar was fresh and portion sizes were just right

Came here hungry and stressed around 7.30pm on Saturday after the hapless Uno Momento let us down. Excellent service at Pizza Hut from the attentive and personable staff. Not really our preferred type of place - a tired American chain - but the food was pretty good, the Covid measures were exemplary, and the staff were great.

We called in for a family meal and we couldn't of been more welcomed. The manager was fantastic from start to finish and the young lady who brought the food over was extremely polite. I will be going again.

the pizza was hardly cut properly, covered in grease and was actually dripping off the pizza, £5 for a tiny portion of nachos that were extremely soggy- waste of money, tasted awful

Had an awesome experience tonight worthy of a shout out. Sarah and Phil the manager really went to great lengths to accommodate my predicament. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Consequently my children had a fantastic pizza night experience, culminating in a lush cookie dough & vanilla ice cream pud. Thanks guys, will be back really soon.
Takeaway was extremely tasty, tailored to everyone and great options for vegans! Would recommend to anyone.

Having been shown to a table, we were then told to order on a website, the website is Rubbish, confusing and frustrating, playing needless slideshows of unselectable pizza bases,, also there is no access to a salad bar, no refillable drinks. Why dont they do as other restaurants are and take your order as normal. We walked around the corner to Tre Amici which did a great job, no ridiculous apps/website, just common sense social distancing and exceptional hygiene measures.
