Hidden gem of Darlington. Doesn’t feel like you’re in the North East of England when you’re inside: the perfect escape. Food, service, cocktails, ambience, all outstanding. The attention to detail on the charcuterie boards and the way they are explained when brought to the table make for a real treat. Well worth booking a table as it’s only diddy but perfectly formed.Vegetarian options: Vegan board - out of this world.

First visit, but will definitely be back. The cheese and meat sharing board was superb with a tasty and interesting selection accompanied by homemade chutney and hummus, nuts and fruit and sourdough and crackers. Staff friendly and knowledgeable about the artisan meat, cheeses and antipasti on offer.
