Always the best tasting curry around. Prices have gone up which is fair enough but now the portions are getting smaller too. Gone from metal to plastic containers which seems the wrong direction to be going in. Naan bread is way smaller too.I usually get to finish off the wife's leftovers but she ate it all which is bad for me. Sort it out lads or we will be trying elsewhere.
Great service. Even when these guys get it wrong, which isn’t often, they go out of there way to put things right. Mix up between chicken and lamb sorted in no time whatsoever. Great take away. Great service. Use this place every time!

Decent, respectable curry house out Gilesgate past the Sunderland road split in DH1. This place was my go-to, often nearly daily, take-away curry shop for years when I was a student at Durham Uni. The food quality is good and the prices are reasonable. There are options for vegans and vegetarians.Vegetarian options: They are reliably truthful when you ask them if there are things on the menu which contain animal products. I never felt concerned or less than certain.
