Great for a quick bite to eat, good range of pastries, sandwiches and other items. Good coffee and sweet treats. Excellent customer service and quickly served.

Ask if they could make a chicken & mayo baguette with no salad as my autistic son doesn’t like lettuce and refused because no one was on the sandwich station, pepperoni pizza was horrible barley any cheese , will not be back

Evey time I use this particular ( Durham City ) Gregg's the service is shocking , four or five people supposedly work behind the counter but only seems to be one person doing anything , start concentrating on the people queing out the door instead of just eat

Excellent food but they have a job post on indeed which the location says 149 North road but doesn't specify which town or city luckily google maps came in clutch.

Best Greggs in Durham, really helpful and friendly staff, nothing is too much bother, shop is clean and tidy, and food is delish.

Asked for a Sausage Bean & Cheese Melt, but was given a chicken & mushroom slice or pasty whatever they're called. Pauline too busy gossiping rather than paying attention, only realised once I was back and well away from the store, luckily I tore open the 'pasty' before eating it as most mushrooms bring me out in rashes/hives.
