Omg how dirty is this restaurant. Ask someone to clean a table and they do not want to out their hands in water. Chips and food everywhere. No one cleaned in a long time.

No complaints about the food, but when it takes half an hour for your food to arrive, it's hard to give even a one after been here. It took one girl in glasses to come round the tills to get things sped up, she was the one bit of credit I would give. The staff otherwise seemed all if they were all new starters as they didn't seem to know what they were doing and spent too much time just talking amongst themselves.

Everytime I come here it's a mess, dirty toilets, floor full of rubbish, bins not emptied and tables full of rubbish as nowhere to put it. Dirty tables and chairs, the photos are at 7pm and it is empty, same last week and it was worse than this. The staff don't care.

Been here for zinger burger a couple of times, both times my food was lukewarm and the e fillet very small and dry, seems to of been hanging around awhile, very chaotic inside, dirty tables both times and on one occasion there was a staff member people cleaning tables and chairs with the same cloth, whixh is pretty gross & extremely unhygienic, not impressed. pretty bad all round..

Half an hour waiting for food!!. I called my partner over that was waiting at the front and went up myself and was about to ask for a refund though they called my number just in time. This is meant to be fast food. Food was fine when I eventually got it. Would not recommend until service improves.

Opposite of 'fast' food, it's common to wait 30, 45 mins for your order. Some of the staff are lovely but some are incredibly rude and don't seem to care about the customers at all.

I missed the order point, seemed to blend into the building, lol. Parking/waiting bays seem a bit of a squeeze, but I was driving a Hummer ?

Dine in customers were forced to wait nearly an hour in store for even the smallest meals because all the staff were serving was drivethru. We werent even told when placing the order that there would be a longer than normal wait time. 1 poor member of staff in front of house was trying to sort dine in and takeaway orders but before any food could even come to her to box up, middle of house were taking it all to serve the drivethru hence the stupidly long wait. It took the manager having to come out and sort out the dine in customers personally. Definitly will not be returning any time soon

I often use KFC when travelling or on a Friday night after work and never have cause to complain. However the KFC in Durham which I used is an exception. I ordered my favourite hot wings but when I got them back to my hotel room they were I edible. They had been sat in the heater for far too long and were just a dried up cinder. Furthermore the staff serving me didn't even bother to add condiments or napkins. Very disappointing. When I returned 2 days later to order something different I was met with incredulity when I told the staff what had happened. No apology or offer to give me any kind of recompense. Sad.

Sitting here now over 30 mins waiting in the pick up order Bay for a boneless banquet for one is a joke so how long more am I going to have to wait I might even be nearer 45 mins now! Don't use drive through just walk in trust Update just been told its been knocked off board and there starting my order again so we should just just say its took one hour and I will never use this drive through again!!Update they said sorry and refunded me all at least customer service worked out in end!!!

KFC TONIGHT, was on mission to impress. Not just servered hot but fresh, chip were hot and tasted nice. While new design inside the restaurant. However only criticism I could make was the air con made the place to cold when eating inside

Ate there after work. Service times were severely affected by multiple big orders via delivery apps. Could see my food was ready for a good five minutes whilst staff waited for items for other orders.

Horrendous place. Waited 45 minutes for our meal and it was wrong. Filthy tables and floors. People had to leave their trays on the tables ast the bins were full. There was drinks spilt all over the floors leaving a slip hazard. Delivery drivers wanted priority over customers orders and staff didn't have a clue what they were doing

The food was great but unfortunately that’s where the good news ends. Only one staff member was both taking orders and serving food so you can imagine the queues. This was also during the school holidays. The state of the restaurant was absolutely shocking. I’ve been in cleaner public toilets. Will not be returning.

Terrible experience! We visited on Saturday for lunch, I ordered on the App but the order didn’t go through having checked at the till. I made the order in person at the counter, however there was a problem putting it through so the lady serving me had to go and get someone else to try. This seemed to take an age, the staff unprofessionally showed their anger at the system they were using. The restaurant was absolutely freezing! The food took a while to be served. I had to go and ask for serviettes at the counter as there was none to be seen. I was told that there was none left, has anyone tried eating a KFC without having a serviette to hand, I wouldn’t recommend it. The food was ok, just. The gravy was cold, chips were soggy. The tables aren’t cleaned down often, not one was on our visit. There was food all over the floor. Avoid!
