Ordered a Boneless box for 2 costing £20. Home is less than 5 minutes away. Food was cold. Fries were overcooked and some burnt black. One chicken piece was broken in two. Choice drink not available. Reheating the meal made me ill. I feel we were given a cancelled oder that had been lying around as it was ready before we got to the window. Service at this kfc is shocking. Waited 20mins at the drive through for our food. No communication as to delays on orders and we were the only people there. Will NEVER come back here. This branch should be audited as they are bringing down the brand.

The worst portion sizes of any KFC we have visited. Snack buckets are never more than half full on any of our visits. I'm not actually sure how they're getting away with it.
