Put coins in tyre air machine , didn't work. Went to see the assistant came out talking on his mobile ,not interested fiddled with the machine while talking on his phone said its broken and gave me half my money back. Won't be back

Since this petrol station has been taken over it has gone down hill the staff are either on their phones while serving you or ignoring you the toilets are a disgrace walls are filthy bin over flowing sink & toilet disgusting I used to work there about 9 years ago & we were always complimented on our cleanliness of our toilets I have health problems that I need to use toilets suddenly but I would rather soil myself than use their toilets disgraceful

Zero star...this petrol station charged 100pound when parked up after filling up here to drink a coffee...NO SIGNS not even on website about this being a eurocarpark sending fines in post. Absolutely disgraceful. Put a sign up. Overpriced fuel.

Tried to process 3 returns parcels, the attendant had different excuses for every single one and stated they couldn’t do them (yet a different garage managed fine). Spoke very broken English so it was a difficult exchange. Useless.

Deliberately short changed. Asked for change so I could use the jet wash. Man behind the till started counting out the change from the till but rather than £5 note and 5 pound coins he attempted to mask the short change by giving some of it in 10p coins (the jet machine doesn’t take 10p coins) I thought this was suspicious and I knew what was going on and he looked hesitant wether to try his luck or not so I deliberately started walking away so he thought he’d got away with it. I got to the door and paused and started counting the money in view of him. At that point he knew I was into him and I started walking back towards him. Before I’d even told him the amount or that i had been short changed he produced a £1 coin out of his hand. If he didn’t know what he was doing how did he know for one that that’s what I was about to say and two, the exact amount I was short changed before I’d told him. He just produced the coin without hesitation, the exact amount, without me even saying anything.

worst fuel station around used the jet wash 3 times now and every time there’s been a issue, issue #1 no water after taking money, issue #2 tar or oil in the brush ruined paintwork on car, issue #3 foam brush not working nothing comes out but water; nothing done to rectify the waste of money submitted customer service is horrific

Needed to inflate my tyre. Air machine only accepts coins, minimum £1. People regularly don’t have cash on them these days. No way to get change unless you have notes. Cash machine broken. What else can I say? Had to take my business elsewhere (where they have a card reader, so it is clearly doable).

Complained car wash did not wash front of car. Attendant checked cctv and stated it did. I said I was not lying and would like refund. Denied.Walked out not happy.

Above average prices, Extremely expensive shop and very tight drive
Didn't need fuel. Needed to pump my tyres up. Found the air and water to the right side of the building with its own parking place. It cost a £1 coin for 6 minutes, and beeps when you reach your desired pressure. Always take the caps off the valve before you put your coin in.

Hii there,can you tell me how can I request to get holiday pay here? because I worked here and I haven't got any holiday pay yet, I already talked with the manager but he denied, I don't understand why? can you have any contact number or anything for help? the amount is more than £1000 so can you please guide me how can I complain ? I don't know who is managing here but it's very disappointing.thank you.

Very bad experience,Worst fuel station across the UK.Shell/Londis need to think twice before giving franchise.No updated labels, turned of display on the tall outside, jetwash is in worst condition,pumps are not cleaned at all,no paper towel ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️bullcrap

Is it fuel station ????? Lol????It is rubbish station.Jetwash area looks garbage disposal area. Sand buckets were empty.I request to shell kindly audit this fuel station weekly atleast monthly.
