I went to the Pizza Slice for years when I lived nearby - definitely the best pizza shop in County Durham! The food is always 10/10.

Not very good, messed my order up 2 times had to keep coming back then when we eventually got the right order the chips were hard and tasted like cold oil, the chicken wrap wasn’t very nice and has left us all with upset stomach’s and very ill, cheesy garlic bread tasted like cardboard, normally is a very nice restaurant and go here often but after that meal not coming here again

The only thing that let Pizza Slice down are the chips. Not sure why they cook them the way they do but they are tasteless, dry, just not enjoyable but putting that aside I can't fault their pizzas and chicken kebabs. They are always hot and freshly cooked on delivery. Just a shame about the chips

Don't bother ordering from here. We ordered at 7:20, was told it would take around an hour, at 8:45 was told it was in the bag on its way. At 9:10 offered discount, and told it was on its way, cancelled at 9:30 as rather sharp manager thought he could brush off that delivery of a pizza in over 2 hours was acceptable. Keep your money, get the beans on toast on! Shocking service!!!
Outstanding food, going that extra mile to exceed expectations. Amazing staff. Always friendly.Parking: Amazing location 9 out of 10 can normally get right outside the shop if not 2 minute walk from a car park.

Rang order in, margarita and kebab wrap with salad. Pizza stone cold when brought it home, kebab wrap with salad looked like something my dog had brought upwi5h a sprinkle of lettuce. Dry and curled up at the ends. Spoke to manager all he had to say was Well you were waiting g for your order so it couldn't be cold. He wasn't interested, and certainly wouldnt recommend!
