Very disappointed!! No option to click on no show?? Quite confused really! Had to cancel my order so will be getting a refund!! Not good at all and definitely not professional! May not be McDonald's fault as I used to work for Costa so know how Just Eat and Uber Eats are but it still wouldn't surprise me knowing what I know about the place ?

McDonald’s food is, as always, suitable for a quick meal. It’s never amazing so I can’t give it more than 3 stars, but will always use McDonald’s wherever I am.However, this restaurant is dirty, service is never very good. There is just an overall feeling that the staff have no pride in their restaurant, and no pride in offering a good service. Sadly this is echoed all over the country now.

Waited 13 minutes for my order which was 2 x sausage & egg muffin meals. No sorry for your wait. Wasn't even busy, no staff front of house. Very poor customer experience !

Ordered food for my sons birthday party via the app. Half the order was missing, when I went inside to complain, the staff took ages to sort out the mistake causing me to miss out on my sons birthday

Staff very rude.food was cold.it took over 30 min for my food .they are more concerned about the deliveries than the walk in customers.
The venue is spotless, toilets immaculate service is good, food is good. however only thing that has spoilt it is this just eat fad, they take priority over customers in store it's pure laziness of the person that requires a delivery, get your backsides down to the venue and order and wait like everyone else.

We visited McDonald’s with 3 under 6 years old for happy meal.The order was , 2 plain cheese burger happy meal and one bun and cheese burger meal, all with fries and Diet Coke for the kiddos.I went to the till to place my order to avoid mistakes.15 minutes later we hade all our meals brought to the table .We asked to warm the burgers up as they still cold. A young manager turned up at our table and explained since one of the bun had no meet in it the cheese won’t melt hence why is cold.I have asked so what’s the matter with the plain cheese burgers since those have meat inside still frozen in the middle. Instead of warming all up or change it to a warm one we hade a massive agreement how the burgers are made.I don’t need a high education to know the bun and the meat goes on the girl and get defrosted / warmed up then put together.I wasn’t expecting much just all burgers to be warm enough for my kids to have a nice meal.I showed him our plain cheese burgers second and 3rd time and he still went on strong.I would recommend everyone to avoid that store!!They have no idea of hospitality!Expect from my children’s to have a half frozen meal is discussing!Kid-friendliness: They should have a warm meal , like everyone else! Awful service!
