The venue is spotless, toilets immaculate service is good, food is good. however only thing that has spoilt it is this just eat fad, they take priority over customers in store it's pure laziness of the person that requires a delivery, get your backsides down to the venue and order and wait like everyone else.
This store and team have been fantastic. I visited 13.7.23 the chicken wrap I had wasn’t to my liking without hesitation or argument my food was replaced with a small refund. The shift manager and an assistant couldn’t have been anymore apologetic and helpful (Zoe and Nadine)I then left the store leaving my handbag.Today 14.7.23 I rang the store and sure enough I had left my handbag behind the team there had put my handbag ( with all its contents in their office for safe keeping...read full review

McDonald’s food is, as always, suitable for a quick meal. It’s never amazing so I can’t give it more than 3 stars, but will always use McDonald’s wherever I am.However, this restaurant is dirty, service is never very good. There is just an overall feeling that the staff have no pride in their restaurant, and no pride in offering a good service. Sadly this is echoed all over the country now.
